DiCit station documentation
A station is just any node in the Dicit network. It is available via
public rsync. If there is great need we can add http or ftp. But
really the idea is that rsync sholud be using.
Structure of a station
A station is fully specified using a single metadata file.

locally. However in this case nobody may ever find it.
